Privacy policy

The LWE2 Community Hub is a website for residents of Lewisville Water’s Edge II condominiums in Hickory Creek, Texas. It is run by owner volunteers and operated by Nash Labs LLC until it is handed over to the owners’ association. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, unit, email, and mobile number, from the Join form, the owner roster, or your dashboard.
• Your choices: email, text, phone-alert, and directory preferences, and when you made them.
• What you post: maintenance requests, reservations, ideas, poll answers, petition signatures, RSVPs, and messages to the transition team.
• Basic technical data: sign-in session cookies, your text size setting, and standard server logs. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run the hub: sign you in, show resident-only information, and handle what you submit.
• To send the notices and alerts you asked for, by email, text, or phone notification.
• To organize association business such as meetings, elections, and the transition from builder control.

Who can see it

• The neighbor directory shows only residents who opt in, and only to signed-in residents.
• The board and transition team can see contact details and submissions to do association business.
• We never sell your information.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted providers only to operate the hub: Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), and Anthropic (answers on the Ask page; questions are sent without your name). They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

Change your preferences any time on your dashboard. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, correct, or delete your information, write to us.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post a notice in the hub.
